There are not a lot of benefits to staying late at work. We will go as far as saying that it is generally really annoying. Who wants to be forced to stay overtime, get home late, barely have time for themselves or for their family, and then repeat the whole process tomorrow?

The sole benefit of working more than you should is the pay. Logically, you get more money the more you work, and sometimes you even get that sweet overtime that truly makes those extra hours worthwhile.

So what would you do if you discovered that all those extra hours of work you have been putting in have amounted to nothing? What would you do if you learn that your manager has been changing your clock-out time to reduce your working hours, and paying you less than you deserve?
