'I UNO-reversed that so fast': Entitled boss tries to ambush employee of 7 years with unjust disciplinary hearing, employee quits on the spot

Sometimes there is nothing more satisfying than quitting your job. Seriously! Have you ever looked your entitled good-for-nothing incompetent boss in the eyes, smirked, and quit "effective immediately?!" Oh man, it is like no other feeling. The one time I did that, I was shaking in my boots, terrified. But I walked out of that office building clicking my heels and looking at the sun like it was the first time I'd actually seen it in years. Freedom, baby!!

This employee, who had dedicated seven years of her life to this company, was able to have that moment. After seeing how her managers functioned, she was able to see when they were about to pull some shady move. They would force people to quit, create bogus reason to fired them, etc. She knew that was coming for her. It was crazy she even lasted seven years! So, when they "ambushed" her with a disciplinary hearing, she ambushed them right back with a resignation letter. She had written it up the night before, because she knew what was coming. They, however, had no idea she was going to quit "effective immediately."
