Fast food server gets wholesome payback on 19-year-old regular when he shows up to the college student's cashier job: 'Nice customer service!'

Always be careful when you talk back to customer service. This fast food worker served up some wholesome revenge on a regular customer, who ended up getting a taste of his own medicine!

When you choose to take out your frustrations on a worker in a customer-facing role, whether it's over the phone or in person, you are actually taking a big risk. Yelling is not necessarily going to get you what you want. Sometimes, the worker's hands are tied and despite the fact that the customer is being inconvenienced, it's not the worker's fault. This is a mentality that occasionally needs to be projected and repeated over and over again for folks of a certain generation. You know, we're talking about the ones who were taught that the customer is always right no matter what. 

As we all know, however, entitlement is not just relegated to one age group. We often see this kind of behavior from young folks who should also know better. This 19-year-old college student was a regular at his school's local fast food establishment. Yes, he certainly had the diet of your average college-aged man. One day, he decided to mock the fast food server's tone and call it "nice customer service" as he collected his food. 

Now, the worker never forgot this story and knew that he was bound to run into the student again at some point, especially considering that half of his diet came from this restaurant's menu. However, that sweet moment of achieving reciprocity surprisingly came in a different environment. The fast food worker was shopping at a store with his wife when he saw the college student working as a cashier. The student did not recognize the worker at first, as he was not in uniform and was in a totally different setting. When the time came for the worker to check out, he did not hesitate to seize the opportunity to give this naive dude a taste of his own medicine.

Thankfully, it turns out that the student possessed a good sense of humor. When he recognized the worker, both men had a laugh and shared a look of commiseration regarding the annoyances of their workplace environments.
