When a couple becomes parents for the first time, they need to mourn their old life. They're no longer going to the club every weekend and enjoying weird French cinematic movies in the evenings. They've swapped those activities for soccer games, PTA meetings, and Ms. Rachel. While a parent can still enjoy the pleasures of their previous life, their kid takes priority (or at least, they should), so when a group of friends set out to celebrate someone's adult-only birthday, they figured the new parents of the group would get a babysitter. However, instead, they brought their baby as a tag-along and ultimately ruined the weekend.
