Is there any other proof that she is ready to take on raising a child? If there is, maybe they can comrpomise and have bio mom hang around more. Because her just taking him away from the family that he knows could be really jarring for him. I'm not sure, though. The logic she is using to get her son back seems pretty immature to me, still.
