We were the trailblazers of grunge, of self-loathing, and we created a culture teeming with apathy. Quite an indelible decade filled with a myriad of cultures. From pop music like Christina Aguilera and N'Sync, to bands like Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots, the 90s gave the messed up people of the day what they wanted and more. There's a fluid uniqueness even in fashion of the 90s. Cut off tanks, butterfly clips, and bhindi's were all the rage. Gwen Stefani of No Doubt was one of the first to take pink hair for an everyday look.
The 90s will forever be immortalized in our hearts and minds through memories, mix CDs, and butterfly clips we'll never wear again.
