When you're in a long-term relationship, you're going to a eat LOT of meals together. Ideally, you'll split the cooking 50/50, but we all know that this never works in practice. Perhaps one person works a lot, so the other person makes dinners most nights. Maybe one person really loves to cook, while the other would rather do the grocery shopping. Or maybe one of them is just a rather poor cook, leaving their S.O. to take on the daily meal-prepping task.
Here's an important question in your relationship, though: Can you be honest with your spouse if you don't like the dish they made that day? Some partners can be super honest with each other, telling each other if the dish is burnt or too salty. Others are more sensitive about it, and if their partner tells them they don't like the dinner, they'll get upset.
Maybe that's why this husband left out his partner's casserole overnight. Of course, you can't eat food left out overnight… so even though the dish took a couple hours, and used a ton of ingredients, it won't be used as leftovers for this family!
Up next, read about a jealous bride who left her wedding photographer speechless after asking to post her photos on Instagram more often: "This bride don't have an ounce of shame."
