'He broke down sobbing': Kind employee rescues homeless man's dog after he pleads for her to adopt 'Juliet' so she will finally live the life she deserves

We can't imagine not being able to provide for our pets. When you take on a pet, their well-being becomes your responsibility - they literally depend on you for everything. And we're not just talking about their immediate needs, like food, shelter, and water, we're also talking about their psychological needs, like a feeling of safety and love. Being homeless takes a lot of those things away not only from you, but from the dog as well. Living on the streets, even with a pawrent that loves them, is no place for a dog. It may be better than being alone on the street, but you can't argue that they wouldn't be better off in a loving home.

And so, the homeless man in this story made one of the most heartbreaking decisions of his life - he offered his dog, Juliet, to a woman finishing up her shift at work. He knew that Juliet would be better off with her, and he gave up his one companion in the world to give her the life she always deserved.
