‘I'm not like regular customers’: Entitled lady demands cashier waive store's policy because she is an executive member and “rules don't apply to her”, cashier refuses

Another customer, one who had no problem following store policy, happened to be present during the dispute and recalled the whole story. Including when the store manager stood up to the entitled lady and put her in her place.
