‘My gut was telling me something’: Roommate demands no pet sitters and volunteers to care for her housemate's cat, then proceeds to ignore her for nine whole days and nights

This one cat mama shares she wished she had listened to her gut, because her cat pawrent instincts were screaming: "Don't leave your cat with your roommate, don't do it!" before she went away for nine whole nights. But you know how annoying, vindictive, bad roommates are - they refuse any solution that'll be comfortable for the other denizens of the house, and also won't help solve any problems. And this roommate? She refused to have a pet sitter come and take care of the cat, insisting she'd do it herself. What actually happened is that she promptly neglected the cat until these nine days were over.

When cat mama came home, she was beyond mad - and understandably so! She suspects a roommates' feud is the reason for the cat's neglect. But, seriously, who would do that to a cat for petty human revenge?
