Have you seen the woman online who throws herself down the stairs for the adrenaline rush? If you have, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, you probably have no idea what I mean by that. It's exactly what it sounds like. She puts on knee and elbow pads, finds a tall set of stairs, and lets herself fall down them. She says it's better than a cup of coffee. And who am I to disagree? I've never purposefully hurled myself down a staircase, so I have no idea what it's like.

People will do all sorts of crazy stuff for a thrill. As they should. We don't really use the full breadth of our free will enough. Too often, we just go around doing what's expected of us, and we never surprise ourselves. We should surprise ourselves more; we might just need it. This page right here can be the place to start.
