'Update: She had a fence built': Entitled neighbor tries to steal property, gets told she has 5 less feet of yard space

Why do some neighbors feel the need to do their loudest, most disruptive chores at the crack of dawn? 

It's Saturday morning, and you've been planning to sleep in. All week, you've been dreaming about the excellent shut-eye you're going to get — from 11 PM Friday to 11 AM Saturday, you'll be cozied up in your sheets, blissfully asleep. But guess what? Your neighbor next door has plans, and they haven't consulted you or your silly little sleep schedule. No, no, they have work to do! And so, at 7 AM on a Saturday, you're ripped from your sweet dreams by the roar of a lawnmower. 

I truly don't understand why some people chose to do their loudest chores during sleeping hours. Some folks claim it's so they can miss the heat of the day by getting an early start. But by that logic, couldn't they just mow the grass at 7 PM instead? Then they could mow into the twilight hours while it gets cooler, and all of the neighbors would still be active and awake.
