'Let my kid have her moment': Attention-seeking sister-in-law hijacks her niece's birthday party, until the protective mom stands up for her daughter and tells her SIL to stop stealing the spotlight

A kid's finest memories of their childhood can come from a truly exceptional birthday party, but not if their auntie comes sweeping in like an overbearing attention hog. While kids don't really understand the nuance of the adult dramas at their birthday parties, this little girl will be proud of her mama one day when she grows up, knowing that her mom wouldn't let her aunt come in and steal the spotlight on her big day. 

Suffering from a desperate case of "Main Character Syndrome," this melodramatic aunt was looking for a captive audience to brag about her manifestations of luxury real estate, to take photos with the birthday decorations, and live like her family was a living prop for the show of her life.
