24-year-old woman kicks out jealous boyfriend and ghosts him after he demands she stop giving her cat so much attention during their cozy night in, claiming he is feeling unloved: 'All I wanted was for you to pay attention to me'

You know when they say, 'The signs were there all along.' I think this is what they were talking about…Imagine lying on the couch with your boyfriend, finally enjoying a cozy night in, and before you know it, he's lecturing you about all the attention you are giving to your cat and how he is feeling very 'unloved'. Now, this is a love triangle I haven't quite seen before, and I'm not so sure I want to…If this man is feeling insecure and emasculated by a 10-pound ball of fur with two eyes, who knows what else might rub him the wrong way?

Suddenly, the sky is filled with red flags in constant motion, and every intuition is shouting 'RUN'... You may love him, babe, but I can almost guarantee that cat will be a.) more stable b.) more loyal and c.) wayyyy less problematic. We understand a slightly possessive partner, but pushing the cat off your girlfriend to stop them from cuddling seems a bit odd, don't you think?

This sounds like an episode out of The Simpsons that should not be happening in real life, yet again, they do predict everything. However, it shocks me to believe that an actual adult could be behaving as though his mommy and daddy just took away his fluffy teddy to give to his newborn brother…There's no explanation for this type of reaction, and we just hope his girlfriend figures that out for herself.
