When you have that one coworker who you really dislike, just walking into your workplace in the morning and seeing their face can put you in a bad mood instantly. This person was a construction worker, and they had an irritating coworker with some annoying habits. The coworker was constantly making fun of them for every little thing, from their hair to their accent. This type of person is often what we call a "Schrödinger's d-bag." This refers to the famous Schrödinger thought experiment where a cat is in a box with a flask of poison, and we can't know if the cat is still alive and kicking or not because we can't see it in the box. A "Schrödinger's d-bag" is the type of person who makes a joke about your appearance, and they're totally serious. But if you get upset, than they'll insist they were just joking the whole time. So for example, this kind of annoying coworker might make fun of your accent, but as soon as you get upset about it, they'll say you're too sensitive. There's basically no way to win with this kinda person: they're always just going to be annoying from 9 AM to 5 PM every day.
