'After 24+ hours of traveling... [airline] lost my luggage': 20+ Travelers who had especially bad flights

There's no such thing as a perfect travel experience. Something is going to go wrong, no matter how carefully you plan!

They say to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours early for domestic flights, and 3 hours early for international ones. But even then, you might find yourself snarled in a long, winding queue full of hundreds of other travelers who have to do the same thing as you. Apparently, we won't have to keep taking our shoes off at the TSA line, which is cool, and I imagine would speed things up quite a bit. Some TSA lines require you to take off your shoes, jewelry and watches, and put all your electronics in a separate bin before sending it through the x-ray machine. Maybe someday they'll manage to streamline this even more (it seems like some airports let you leave electronics in your bag now) so that we don't all have to get sore feet waiting in line for hours on end.

Other people shared their travel grievances that are a bit unexpected, like one person who glanced up to realize, to their horror, that people sitting nearby were airing out their bare toes. And other people had some major luggage issues… Who knows what they're doing to our bags that leaves them so dented by the time they start circling the baggage carousel!

Why do some people step foot on a plane and immediately decide to let their dogs get some fresh air? This isn't your living room, this is a cramped metal tube with 100 people inside!

This person writes that they needed to have their camera hand-searched to avoid damaging the film. They were mocked by the people operating the x-ray machine, and then tossed the camera around. So impolite!
