Heroic man jumps into freezing river to save drowning doggo, heartwarmingly reunites them with their worried pawrent (Video)

Ah, there's nothing like the smell of kindness in the morning. Well, that and a fresh pot of coffee. But when you combine the two, you get the best, most wholesome smell you can ever imagine. So, we'll give you a second to grab a cup o' joe to fully experience this heartwarming video at its fullest. Ready? Okay. Well, we should start by saying that you should probably keep your dogs on a leash, especially if they are curious, it's wintertime, and they have the tendency to be clumsy. Then they wouldn't need saving in the first place!

For example, our doggo is very clumsy. She is the definition of derpy. You call her name, and she'll look at you with one of two looks: with her tongue hanging out, shocked, or with bombtastic side eye. Anyway, this is all to say that we keep her on the leash because we know she loves to get into some trouble. The doggo in this video somehow fell into a frozen river and couldn't find their way out (this wouldn't have happened if they were on a leash, but that's a lecture for another post).

Thankfully, a heroic man jumped into the frozen river to get the drowning doggo to safety. Without a second thought, he swam to the doggo, pulled them to safety, and heartwarmingly reunited them with their worried pawrent, who was ready with a blanket to warm them up. Overall, we're thankful for this wholesome hero and that everyone ended up being safe.
