Ask a hundred different people what their For You page on TikTok looks like, and you will likely get a hundred different answers, more or less. It has often been noted how unnervingly specific the recommendations of the algorithm can get, although usually it is influencing the user as opposed to the other way around.
This means that no matter how tailored our clock app experience may have become, we could be missing out on some good stuff purely because of what TikTok has decided that we want to see.
