• First, it's banning playing outside, then it's banning laughter…What will come next!? Is joy an option that will soon be off the table if we keep letting entitled people like this neighbor ruin our fun and liveliness! Maybe if we invite her out to play (or reset her clocks…) she can find a new love for the great outdoors and the children who play amongst it.
