Retired elderly woman, Marge, repeatedly tresspasses on neighbor's property to tend to the vegetable garden, reacts negatively when asked to stop: '[She's] weirdly territorial about [her] dirt patch'

There are two types of plant lovers: the green thumbs that seem to put barely any effort into their plants and yet have flourishing gardens, and the brown thumbs that try desperately to keep their plants alive to no avail. My fiance unfortunately falls in the latter category. He dreams of being a full Plant Dad with a household filled with all sorts of greenery, but he's only ever managed to maintain a handful of "beginner friendly" varieties in good condition thus far.

In our story today, a green thumb granny lends her gardening knowledge to her new neighbor who is starting a vegetable garden on her own property. The pair make a cute team for some time, tending to the veggies and getting to know each other. However, eventually, she starts showing up unannounced and tending to the plants without permission. Maybe if her unsolicited "help" and tresspassing had actually benefited the plants, this would be an entirely different story.
