We can very much agree on that, the only thing missing is cat trees for all the strays to hang out on scattered around the complex, and you would be describing rental apartment heaven right there. What could possibly go wrong in such a feline-filled place?

Honestly, people who are nice, but to a point, drive us up the wall. If you are already leaving food out for these fluffy feline souls, then why not just let whatever else happen. You have already committed yourself to supporting them, why should a hand feed make any difference. The cats are staying one way or another.
