Well, you typically don't want to make excessive noise during your building's quiet hours. There's a reason they're put in place: It was agreed upon, and everyone needs their beauty sleep! Even still, making some noise is inevitable when you try your hardest to be a reasonable person to live in an apartment complex with. 

In this next story, unruly, loud neighbors make it impossible for this tenant to exist peacefully in a place they should deem their sanctuary. So, they decide to put up a doorbell camera so they can grab evidence of their neighbor's ill behavior and report them to the landlord. The neighbors were not happy about seeing a perfectly legal camera set up across the hall. Yet, at the end of the day… they decided to be terrible neighbors.
