These workers were fired, but they really disagree with the reasons why they were let go.

Sometimes these reasons are rather opaque or flimsy. The manager might just want to hire their nephew for the same position as you, so they let you go for some made-up reason. Some folks were like, 2 minutes late for work, and that was enough for their bosses to show them the door. One person got fired for correcting someone who got her name wrong! You really just can't please everyone!
