What music streaming platform is your favorite? It's controversial, I know. The obvious answer is Spotify, but not everyone agrees (cough my best friend, who is an Apple Music loyalist). For me, once Spotify introduced AI playlists, it was game over. They're scary accurate and the best way to discover new music. I'm obsessed with my Daylist. It just knows that I want instrumental jazz while working from home, upbeat bangers when I'm at the gym, and chill folky vibes at night when I'm hanging out with friends on my patio.
It's so much better than spending hours perfectly curating your own playlists, only to get tired of them after a month. I used to have a friend in high school who made a new playlist every month with all the trending music and shared it with our group. She was basically my AI playlist curator before AI existed. And honestly, AI makes listening to music way more fun than sitting through entire albums to find the only two songs you like.
