This way, you can work three times as hard just to figure out the basics, and spend so much time discovering things alone, when they could have been explained to you in just a few sentences. Who doesn't love the struggle?

And the best part of all is when you get blamed for doing things the wrong way, even though no one bothered to explain the right way. That is simply the most rewarding part of starting a new job.
