There are good people out there. While it may seem like there's a shortage of genuinely kind folks, this person proved that the goodness in the world still lives within us. As a longtime tenant of a condo complex, this renter was no stranger to the comings and goings of many people. However, 8 months ago, an old man caught their eye.

After seeing the 80-year-old man around and noticing he lived in his van, this renter offered up their driveway for him to park safely. The old man insisted on paying $50 in "rent" to park there every month, but instead of pocketing the side cash like a bedragged landlord, this wholesome human put it aside to give back ot the old man one day—should he need it.
