Babysitting a puppy is no joke. You really do have to take them out every 2-3 hours (sometimes more) and be constantly watching them to make sure they're not getting into any mischief. Even when you are watching them, they still manage to do things they're not supposed to. It's amazing, but exhausting.

Honestly, we disagree with this person. We think that it should be assumed that her older sister would pay for these things. She knows her sister is a college student. We were all college students at one point, we all remember how little money we had in our bank accounts. It should be just something you do because it's the right thing to do.
