    Entitled siblings conspire to get 80-year-old mother's secret inheritance, mother retaliates by taking them out of the will: 'She doesn't have a secret bank account'

    There are many reasons why family members turn on one another, but inheritance has got to be one of the most common threads. For many families, the full scope of what is in someone's will is often kept in the dark until the bitter end. Sure, plenty of conflict could be avoided if every aspect of the will is presented clearly beforehand. That way, anyone who might take issue with the contents of the will can voice their concerns before it's too late (if you know what I mean…). 

    Unfortunately, it's not easy for the division of all assets to be fair and equitable, especially if the person devising the will has beef with one or more of their living family members. If that's the case, all bets are off as to how things are going to go down when the contents of the will are revealed to all involved. 

    In this instance, we have a group of entitled siblings who, despite being repeatedly told otherwise, were convinced that their ailing mother had a secret stash of money that they were entitled to. The problem was that this lady was not going to give these problem children any more than they deserved. She also refused to give up her house of 35 years.
