We understand everybody mourns differently. Some people prefer to be left alone, while others prefer to be surrounded by all those they love.

When you are honoring someone's life, it is normal to want to have all those who knew and adored that person present. However, sometimes grief can turn family members against one another when they should be standing hand-in-hand. This is an expected result of sadness or anger, but sometimes you have to think about those around you and can no longer only consider your emotions.

This family is left in a bit of an uncomfortable, how best to describe it?…pickle. After a beloved Airbnb vacation at a beautiful, tranquil lakehouse, this mother-daughter duo decides that it will be the perfect spot to honor their late husband and father. However, with any Airbnb rental, there are rules and regulations that owners expect to be kept and fulfilled, understandably.

When the Airbnb is signed under the daughter's name, but when the mother decides to invite 20 people in addition to what the venue permits, including her distant sister's unfamiliar boyfriend, tension arises within the family. A time when they should be honoring their husband and father, turns into a time filled with resentment and frustration for the lack of consideration towards one another…

Can this mother-daughter duo overcome their differences, or will their clashing priorities cause a permanent rift in their relationship?
It's not difficult to wonder whether their relevant, heightened emotions are playing into this conflict, or if this is truly a case of a complete misunderstanding of each other's wants, needs, and compromises at this sensitive time in their lives…
