“She started wagging before she could stand”: Cliffside rescue of loyal beagles ends in heartwarming reunion with family who never gave up hope

Cliffs are scary places, and the areas around them are no less intimidating. Of course, you have the fall risk, but there is something about being so close to the shoreline, yet so high above it, that does strange and spooky things to the weather and wild life that live there. Making this story all the more creepy when you consider it took place on a foggy morning, where our unwitting hero was walking beside the woodland (good idea not to go in).

Through the pale distance he heard a howl, and being a brave person went towards it. Now, we cannot advise anyone to do this ever, and if it were us standing there, there is a good chance we would have instantly turned into Courage the Cowardly Dog. But saving a life requires brazen bravery and that is exactly what this man did, expect he saved several lives, meaning that his bravery would have had to have been far far more than just brazen.

Well, what a worthwhile gamble it was to head headfirst into the unknown.
