    Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. It's funny how we really personify jealousy as an innate, phenotypic character trait that exists in realms untethered to human emotion. Like it's something broader, something that lives and breathes, and something that you either are or you aren't. In other cultures, jealousy is like having 10 toes – it's completely normal, and if you weren't the jealous type, then maybe people would think you're a bit crazy. In Western culture, it's pretty demonized, but for why? Anyone who demonizes it is usually the jealous type, and everyone, no matter how hard to try, becomes jealous in some form, capacity, and time period in their life. 

    Jealousy isn't a character flaw or a personality trait. It's a human emotion like all the other human emotions. Someone being angry in a moment doesn't qualify them as being an "angry" person forever, eternally, does it? Or being sad over something, or happy?
