Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. Sleep is one of the most important things in our lives. Without a good night's sleep, we're not even recommended to get behind the wheel of a car. Sometimes I find myself on the verge of tears in situations that normally don't make me cry. Then I realize that I haven't slept well in ages!
A good night's sleep is no joke. If you're someone who's struggled with insomnia, it's time to address it. When I was a kid, it would be so hard to fall asleep sometimes that I would wake up my parents in desperation. As an adult, things aren't much better. I often have trouble falling asleep. I've definitely learned my coping mechanisms to combat sleepless nights, but there's truly no solution like the comfort of silly, sleepy, girly memes to lull you to sleep. Sometimes I read Russian poetry, I journal, I listen to soft music, or I count to infinity.
