If we don't, it becomes harder and harder to disconnect ourselves from our phones in favor of being present out in the real world. And while it might not matter to us that much, it could seriously affect the people we care about the most.

So next time you are going on a date night with your partner, consider leaving your phones in the car. And when you are playing with your kids, try to keep that space screens-free. Otherwise, you might end up having a conversation similar to the one in the story below.
