Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. It's 2025, which is the year of therapy speak. Everyone is using words like boundaries, narcissist, and anxiety to describe everyday life. Not that it's a bad thing. There really are narcissists everywhere, if someone doesn't have anxiety then I shiver with confusion, and boundaries are extremely important in any relationship. When someone oversteps your boundaries, does something to you that hurts you, or even offends you, it's important to reach out to them and tell them how you feel. If you don't, it could end up eating at you from the inside. Take me for example, I had a friend go through my things and throw my stuff away because she thought it would be bad for me. It's really not her business, and she's not my mother. It's incredibly disrespectful, and now I feel I have to have boundaries with her. She used to have a key to my apartment in case of an emergency, but not anymore.

It's obvious when someone is jealous of you, when their insecurities shine stronger than any other aspect of their personality. It's not pretty, and it's just sad to watch them crumble under the weight of their own reality. How does one handle a situation like that?
