Hey there girlies of the internet who refuse to grow up. I didn't mean to sound like I'm judging you, I'm not. I too am a fully grown adult who still watches cartoons. 
 

There's something so conforming about rewatching stuff from our childhood. It feels like a warm hug, or a gift that we get to unwrap forever. It feels so good to laugh again about Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and the Powerful Girls. Even if you were a Nickelodeon girly, cartoons are still cartoons. I was obviously a Cartoon Network gal. Sorry, the shows are just better. They're more disturbing, more unhinged, and more censored by the "responsible" parents. And if I'm being completely honest, I was an Adult Swim kind of kid through and through. 
 

Though we can watch and rewatch these classic shows, there's nothing like a night in full of cat snuggles, delivery pizza, and reruns till you fall asleep to them. I will never forget the blue light of the TV that played as my goodnight kiss to rock me to sleep as a kid.
