Well, we have to commend this hooman for doing the right thing and seeking stability for her kitten. One of the most important things in feline parenthood is being able to accept your limitations and knowing that once they affect your cat child, it is time to find them a better home. Which is likely not one that is facing financial difficulties.

Wow, talk about a lack of stability. This is likely a person who should not be responsible for the wellbeing of an animal. A reaction like that is not going to help anyone, let alone an innocent kitten who simply wants to be loved.
