    This employee pulled off a bold move! 

    Night shift workers have my full respect. It's not easy working overnight shifts — it takes a long time to get adjusted to those hours, if your body ever does adjust fully to staying awake all night. Some workers prefer this, but other workers, like this person, volunteer for these shifts to help out their employer. As they noted, they only had to take about 3 calls per shift, which seems like a cakewalk. 

    Of course, sometimes in life, your boss needs to act like they know more than you. This is not always the case: though sometimes they have seniority, they might not be dealing with the day-to-day issues that their employees are.
