Entitled boss shuts down employee then goes on vacation, returns to his consequences: ‘I have never been so excited to attend a Monday morning [meeting].’

Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of your actions. Too many times entitled upper management gets away with being the biggest reason for all the issues in the company. Is there like a course all bosses take that teaches you how to blame your employees for everything even though it was clearly your fault? Because it feels like there is… In the case of this entitled boss, however, the consequences came back in a most glorious fashion. 

You see, he called out an employee for asking a question that actually very much needed to be asked. He basically said it was a stupid question and "moving on." But this guy made a big mistake—he went on vacation right after. You see, the project was almost finished, but then BAM—the thing the employee questioned happened and the entire project got lost. The higher ups were very upset, but the manager wasn't there to pivot the blame. So a long email chain went on explaining by multiple employees how it was his fault and he was on vacation, so he never answered one of them.
