Retail worker overcharges entitled customer on purpose: 'It made my day to inconvenience that guy like he did everyone around him in line.'

Real heroes don't wear capes – they work retail on Christmas Eve. The holiday season can truly bring out the worst in people. Just visit any store in the days leading up to Christmas, and you can see human nature at its most primal. People go hunting for the perfect gifts as if their survival depends on it, politeness and tact thrown out the window.

For this Toys"R"Us worker, they had the opportunity to put an entitled, miserable customer in his place. The customer was rushing a woman in front of him in line simply trying to console her crying baby while buying her last minute gifts. When the ill-mannered customer reaches his turn in line, the brave retail worker decides to "accidentally" scan his expensive item 3 times, causing him to have to wait in an even longer line at the service desk to sort it out – instant karma. If you ask me, this is exactly the kind of holiday spirit I can only dream of witnessing.

No matter how inpatient and inconvenienced you are, you don't have to make it everyone else's problem. Unfortunately, lots of people don't understand that, and they'll take it out on people just trying to do their jobs or other customers around them. Take it from this story, and don't be that guy.
