Welcome back Gen X'ers of the internet. Let's face it, Gen X is basically the best decade to have grown up in. I was just talking to a friend today about if we could have been raised in a different era. Of course the Italian Renaissance could be nice. Dante, Michelangelo, and papal wars, what's not to like? Or what about full caveman era. Hey, you could be the first to discover fire, or even agriculture. What about the Scientific Revolution, where you could be next to Galileo studying physics or the like. Maybe you wanna be singing to Janis Joplin on stage during Woodstock. But for me, I would really have loved growing up in the 80s. 

The best, coolest movies, music, hair, clothing, you name it. From the iconic electronic boom that made pop songs even poppier, to wearing leotards and leg warms to go to work. Let's not forget the economic boom. You could practically start your own company from the ground up with no degree, no experience, and hardly any money.
