You can tell immediately that BleepBloop7yt was the class clown during their school days. And it was dang lucky for them to not have been in the school this haircut rule was set in, because they would have gotten expelled faster than they could finish their offensive albeit hilarious joke.

While not established with the most amount of sense, there is an element of learning in there that cannot be ignored. Because what this clever teacher was actually trying to convey to his students was the concept of risk and reward. Sure, the reward was not too rewarding in this case, but we are sure that more than a few students got hit by the risk.
