    ‘The most corporate sounding story ever!': New management expects IT employee to be multiple places at once, maliciously complies, takes a 3-week vacation, and quits, company folds

    Have you ever worked somewhere for so long that you could practically run the place yourself, but since you have been there so long you know what kind of circus they're running, so you're completely happy where you are? But then they hire new management and they try to come in acting like they know more about the place than you and they change everything and basically plummet the company to the ground? Yeah, it happens quite often it would turn out. New managers really just come in and go straight for the power move rather than trying to learn about the company they just started working for and figure out the best route to take as management. That would be the smarter way, but noooooo, power moves are more important. 

     

    Well, in the case of this longterm contracted IT employee, his company was about to hire new management that would not only ruin the company, but get this employee to quit with ease.
