24 Broadway Memes for Theatre Kids Still Applauding the Tony Awards

Oh, what a night all the theatre nerds have had! Darren Criss won his first and well-deserved Tony, the original cast of Hamilton performed together, celebrating Hamilton's 10-year Anniversary on Broadway, Cynthia Erivo hosted, and many more performances that we will never ever forget.

The Tony Awards are definitely the ceremony that I am most excited for each and every year, and this year, I also had the privilege of seeing one of the nominated musicals beforehand, so I was even more invested. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I got to watch the 2025 Best Musical winner, Maybe Happy Ending, less than six months ago, and I am still not over it.

It feels like a big year for us Broadway enthusiasts, with all these amazing shows currently running, Wicked getting wonderful recognition on the big screen, and even Next to Normal making an unexpected comeback thanks to PBS. Musical theatre is so back, I can't wait to see what's more in (my candy) store.
