Entitled friend tells woman to stop losing weight because she ‘doesn’t want to be the ugly one in the group photos’ on her birthday trip: ‘I’m doing this to better myself’

When someone decides to set their mind on bettering their health, they'd hope that their friends, family, and other loved ones would hop on the bandwagon and support them. After all, making drastic health changes is not something to take lightly—it could make all the difference in the longevity of your life, and the quality of it, too. What matters at the end of the day is your health and who was there supporting you when you needed someone to have your back. In most cases, your friends will be that support system. Not in this story's case, though.

The woman who posted this story explains that she took the steps to lose nearly 40 pounds, and hasn't seen her friends since losing the weight. She feels good, looks good, and has regained the most precious thing of all: her health. She met up with one of her friends, and instead of her friend congratulating her on the weight loss, her friend immediately became combative and assumed the woman's weight loss was out of spite. Now, this friend is asking the woman to stop losing weight so she can be the better-looking one for her birthday.
