Have you ever hired a friend to work with you? Well, I have, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only does it make work super fun, but we make a great team as well, and I think it shows in our success. If you haven’t worked with a friend before, maybe you’ve worked with family? That’s a whole other animal, and not something I would experiment with if it were me.
