    In the age of generative AI, it's weirdly comforting to remember that Photoshop's still alive and well. It's a reminder that yes - new tech is scary at first. But eventually, we learn to live with it. Even if that means your uncle still thinks every cloud photo is faked.

    I remember when Photoshop first became a household name. People treated it like it was black magic. Like we'd never know what was real ever again. Models freaked out that they'd be replaced by pixels. Schools banned it because "that's cheating." My parents called it "a tool for lies and illusions," as if the real world didn't have enough of those already.

    Fast forward a few decades and here we are - staring down the same anxieties all over again, just with new tools. Now it's generative AI, and everyone's worried about deepfakes and job-stealing robots. Déjà vu, anyone?

    But maybe we should take a breath. If Photoshop taught us anything, it's that what we do with new tech is what really matters. It's just another tool. And creativity - genuine, human creativity - will always find a way to shine through.

    So yeah, maybe the future's a little blurry right now. But that's okay. We'll figure it out. We always do.
