So, I was going to write a real intro. Like, something thoughtful about the history of ADHD. You know, back when it was just called ADD - before someone threw in the "H" like a last-minute plot twist. Hyperactivity? Sure, why not. Let's just toss that in like it's hot sauce.
Anyway, I tried to be serious, but then I started wondering - who even gets to name brain stuff? Because technically it's the brain that does it so is it a wonder we think the brain is the most important organ in the human body? And while we're at it, can we talk about how the brain is the only organ that named itself? That's either super cool or super weird. Possibly both.
