Movie theater employee shuts down nepo-baby co-worker by leaving him with 2 full bus tubs of dirty dishes: ‘Dude never even made eye contact with me again’

When it comes to the service industry, there are a lot of different working mechanisms that keep the establishment rolling. It's not just the cooks and the servers. There is also the host, busser, food runner, dishwashers, to-go station, manager, etc. You see? It takes an army to provide exceptional service to all those who deserve it and even those who don't—I'm looking at you, Karen! So, when you are working at a restaurant, it's important to respect every single role equally. Sure, Chef might act like he's the only one working there, but he really is nothing without his entire team: Front AND back of house.

When you end up working in the service industry and you have even one incompetent co-worker, it messes everything up and then everyone is in a bad mood. Everyone has to do their job, and have to do it well! So when this co-worker at this restaurant/movie theater was slacking, his fellow dishwashers had it…

His co-workers constantly had to remind him to double check before doing all of the last steps to their job. But since this guy was “buddy buddy" with management, he acted like he was above everyone else. Well, he pushed around the wrong dishie one time, and got his tush served right back to him. See below!
