What's shakin', animal fam? Pawsonally, we adopted all of our doggos. When we were growing up, we always had a mix of golden retrievers and rescue dogs, but we're pawfectly happy with our shelter puppies at home. Why spend between $2 and $10,000 on a bred dog when you can get one for nearly free at the animal shelter? We're not judging those who do - we're happy as long as the puppers are happy, but it does save us quite a bit of money to adopt. Or, you can do like the family in the post below did, which was find their purebred puppy in the wild!

While out one day, they stumbled upon a 5-6 week old puppy in a cardboard box, all alone. They took the poor baby to the vet, and they said that it had "all the genetic markers of a purebred black lab". Well, if that isn't a one in a million chance! We don't understand how anyone could leave this puppy alone for more than a few seconds, let alone abandon them in the wild. We could never live with knowing that what we did made them sad. It would haunt us furever.
