25-year-old breaks up with 27-year-old BF after his entitled "boy mom" steals her seat: 'Everyone at the table laughed... I was so stunned'

There are some parents out there who really want to be either a girl parent or boy parent. They're so obsessed with gender roles for their kid that it's all they can think about. Girl moms will tell you that they can't wait to take their little girl shopping, dress her up like a doll, and spend all their time doing girly stuff together. Boy moms, on the other hand, love to spoil their sons and do activities geared towards boys with them. Even when these kids grow up, their parent might still be just as devoted to them. So when that son gets a GF for the first time, some boy moms feel quite jealous that someone is taking their place. For this Mom, taking that feeling too literally led to the son's GF walking away from her BF's birthday dinner, as well as second-guessing everything about their relationship.
